- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called to cancel the mail that comes to my apartment weekly from this office. Laura or Laurel, not too sure her name, was extremely rude to me. She hung up on me, when I called her back and asked her why she hung up on me she became even more rude and said she didn't, then shouted goodbye to me after I confronted her. Unfortunately this type of customer service is exactly why I wouldn't want this particular agent to represent me.
