- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★By far, the best insurance agent we have ever had!! If I could give more stars, I would. We consider Roben family. She makes dealing with insurance, which I used to dread, extremely easy. When we purchase new vehicles or need to make a claim, I don't say I need to call the insurance company. I just say I will call Roben, she will fix it. She always does. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Been lucky to have only used my insurance one time in 20 years. They were very helpful in the questions I had, give good advice. Over all easy to work with. The only rumor i hear is their road side assistance isn't to good if I had something to suggest for them to work on. Two different unrelated people saying the same thing. Left them sitting on the side of the road for quite a while with no one showing up for the needed task, a tow etc.By Lee Tolley, May 01, 2017
