- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The manager or owner in the location was rude, no customer service, it seemed like he hated being there, may be if he was nice he would get more business. He said he couldn't notarize my Green card for my I9 and wanted to change my start date in I-9 to the date I went there which is illegal in the first place, I told him you have 3 days after start day of employment to get it verified, still he insisted on putting my start date as the day I went to get it notarized. Notary service is available based on owners time not based on what the customer wants, he mentioned I am only going to be here till 12, if that's the case please advertise saying Notary based on my own timings.By Mohamed Ali, March 24, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I brought in my book for return packaging and the two packaging slips. The worker looked at me and rudely told me I needed to "fold my packaging slips in half to only show the label". I paid for packaging and shipping....but isn't folding the paper for packaging part of their job? It isn't difficult to fold a paper for packaging.
